Moves

Moves is a Windows (can also be used on a Mac; see faqs) based PC program which keeps track of actors movements, and provides the following key features / benefits:

• Keeps track of who is on or off stage at any time during the show.
• Keeps track of both principal (named) characters, plus the ensemble.
• Analyses all understudies to determine consequential changes.
• Prevents errors such as trying to have an actor enter who is already on stage.
• Allows for up to 1,000 movements.
• Each movement has an associated notes page.
• Exports an Excel spreadsheet showing all actor movements in a format useful for stage managers, lighting designers, and so on.
• Moves is a free program, and may be freely distributed amongst all members of the production team.
• Moves file format available to third parties such as lighting controller manufacturers.
